The 3 pictures in the gallery above show me before the treatment. The 3 pictures below show me after 30 treatments with 15 infrared treatments, muscle building and lymph. I’ve been dancing salsa again since summer 2018. Salsa involves the whole body. My love handles just melted away.

Diet: I practise intermittent fasting. This means that I eat my last meal of the day at 6 pm in the evening and don’t eat again until midday the following day.

Exercise: I now dance up to three times a week, intensively for 2 hours each time.
