\nThe quality of my massages is very important to me. Further training, sensitivity and additional knowledge contribute to this quality.<\/p>\n

After a massage, I talk to the client and give recommendations and further appointments.
\nI then prepare the next treatment and recover from the previous massage.<\/p>\n

Every client receives my full attention. Small time-outs restore my strength and balance. These time-outs are included in my prices.<\/p>\n

Appointments<\/strong>
\nAppointments in my practice are made to ensure a timely treatment process. I want to ensure that I am available for you as a client on the treatment date and that you are treated at the agreed time. I make appointments on an individual basis.<\/p>\n

Please note the cancellation policy for appointments:<\/strong>
\nAppointments booked long-term can be changed free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment. Below these 24 hours, changes to appointments are subject to a 100% charge (late arrivals pay a surcharge of CHF 35 per 15 minutes of delay), cancellations are subject to a 100% charge.Appointments booked at short notice CANNOT be changed and are subject to a charge if they are canceled or postponed. Here too, latecomers pay a surcharge of CHF 35 per 15 minutes; a cancellation is subject to a 100% charge.

\nNo costs incurred<\/em>
\nYou have the option of sending me a replacement customer for the agreed appointment.
