GTC<\/h1><\/div>

1 Scope of these GTC<\/strong><\/p>\n

These GTC govern the contractual relationship between the service provider (House of Ayurveda, Cornelia Imseng – 4104 Oberwil, Bienenstrasse 1) and the hotel guest named in the booking or the hotel (hereinafter referred to as “CUSTOMER”). With each appointment booking, the customer recognizes these conditions anew. <\/p>\n

2. benefits and state of health<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each massage service is carried out by individual agreement and only for persons in good health. The customer undertakes to provide truthful information about health complaints, contraindications or treatment risks prior to treatment. The massages are intended exclusively for relaxation. Diagnoses or promises of cure are not given. <\/p>\n

3. dates, postponements and cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Long-term appointments (reservation at least 24 hours in advance):<\/em><\/p>\n

Up to 5 hours before the start of the appointment: free change or cancellation possible.<\/p>\n

Less than 5 hours before the start of the appointment: changes\/cancellations will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.<\/em><\/p>\n

Delays:<\/em> We charge an additional CHF 35 for every 15 minutes of delay or part thereof.<\/p>\n

Short-term appointments (reservation less than 24 hours in advance):<\/em><\/p>\n

Changes or cancellations are always subject to compensation and will be charged at 100%.<\/p>\n

4. liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

The massage is performed at the customer’s own risk. The provider accepts no liability towards the customer(s) for damages caused by concealed or unknown health problems. <\/p>\n

5. payment and vouchers<\/strong><\/p>\n

Payment is made directly when booking the appointment. Vouchers will only be redeemed if they have been paid for in full. <\/p>\n

6. data protection<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal data is collected and used exclusively in accordance with revDSG (Switzerland) and GDPR (EU) for the booking and execution of the service. <\/p>\n

7 Law and place of jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider “House of Ayurveda – Cornelia Imseng”. <\/p>\n
